Water Leak Process

Water leaking into your vehicle is a major pain, but luckily, we make it easy as possible for you! We pull everything out of your vehicle as necessary to bring it to bare metal. We then run our water machine over it to determine where the leak is coming from. Once we track it back to its original source, we can then repair said leaks. Lastly, we then put your car back together (either with original parts or new parts as necessary) and return your vehicle back as if that nasty leak never even happened!

What Am I Responsible for?

You are responsible for the diagnostic and repair of any water leak. Once your vehicle is broken down to the bare metal, and sitting under our water machine, that is when your diagnostic time begins. It is $100/ hour to determine the exact location of the said leak, and the cost of any parts and repair to resolve the issue. There is no ETA on how long this process will take because sometimes there is more than one leak found. If we need to order a part to repair the problem, we will contact you first to advise and seek approval. We will never order a part without your approval first. At the end of the day, it is your decision to make on whether you would like the problem resolved. We then follow up our repair by running your vehicle underwater once more to confirm that you are having no further leaks. Once the leak is fully repaired then your diagnostic and repair time stop, and insurance coverage takes over once more. Your insurance company will only cover the diagnostic and repair of a water leak if something occurred to cause the leak. Example: Tree falling on your vehicle. Normal wear and tear do not qualify under these conditions. Any additional items related to the water leak (such as electrical issues) can be sublet to another company. We will advise you accordingly if relevant to you. Lately, we encourage you to remove all items from your vehicle prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for any items left in your vehicle.
